I didn’t come to the Forgotten Coast because it felt like a business opportunity. I came because this place felt like home.

I’ve spent much of my adult life living, working, and putting down roots along this beautiful stretch of Florida coastline — from the quiet charm of Apalachicola to the sugar-white beaches of Cape San Blas. This isn’t just where I work. It’s where I belong.

A Background Built on Service

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent over 20 years in luxury hospitality and property management. I’ve managed high-end vacation rentals, supported owners and guests, coordinated vendors and contractors, and handled the many details that come with caring for coastal properties.

That experience taught me how to take care of people, how to protect property, and how to stay calm and organized through every moving piece. Real estate was a natural next step because the same values still guide my work today: show up, be honest, pay attention to the details, and put people first.

The Forgotten Coast is a special market, and local knowledge truly matters here. I can help you understand the details that do not always show up in a listing — flood zones, STR potential, land use, permitting, rental appeal, neighborhood feel, and the small local nuances that can make a big difference.

I also know the people who help transactions move smoothly, from inspectors and contractors to title companies and other local professionals. In a close-knit coastal market, those relationships matter.
